Eligibility:

• NGOs with proof of status

3. Attach proof of non-profit status (determination letter, charity registration)

• Backed by recognized accelerator or VC (preferred but not required)

Multi-Year Agreements — Additional Savings

Commit to Stageholder for multiple years and save more.

Note: Multi-year discounts stack with annual billing discounts.

Example: 3-year annual commitment = 20% (annual) + 10% (multi-year) = ~28% total savings

Referral Credits

Love Stageholder? Refer others and earn credits.

How it works:

1. Share your referral link (find it in Settings → Referrals)
2. When someone signs up and subscribes, you both benefit
3. You get: Credit toward your next bill
4. They get: Extended trial or discount on first month

• No limit on referrals
• Credits never expire
• Available to all paying customers

Step 1: Email the appropriate address:

• Non-profits: sales@stageholder.com
• Education: sales@stageholder.com
• Government: government@stageholder.com
• Startups: startups@stageholder.com

Step 2: Include in your email:

• Organization name
• Type of organization
• Proof of status (if applicable)
• Expected number of users and assets
• Contact information

Step 3: Wait for response

• Most requests are processed within 2 business days
• You'll receive a custom discount code or invoice

Step 4: Apply your discount

• Use the discount code during checkout
• Or we'll set up invoice billing with the discount applied

Can I combine discounts?

• ✅ Annual billing + multi-year = Yes
• ✅ Non-profit + annual billing = Yes
• ❌ Non-profit + education = No (choose one)
• ❌ Multiple organizational discounts = No

How long do discounts last?

• Annual billing: As long as you maintain annual billing
• Non-profit/education: As long as you maintain eligibility (annual verification may be required)
• Multi-year: For the duration of your agreement

What if my eligibility changes?

• If you lose non-profit status, you'll transition to standard pricing at your next renewal
• We'll notify you before any pricing changes
